3D Clock

 Yesterday, for maths we had to read a step by step procedure for making a 3D clock. It was very tricky. We had to measure in centimetres to make equilateral triangles, measure the angles with a protractor to check they were 60 degrees, make a clock face and arrows and tie it all together with string. I was glad when I finished. The clock hands were the hardest part. Here is a picture of my clock.

Statistics Learning

 Over the last 3 weeks we have been learning about statistics in maths.

I know that a graph needs a title, x and y axis labelled I know how to write a statement about my graph. We learnt how to use a spreadsheet to make a chart using our own data.

 To day is our school Pet Day.  We made vaseline saucers using flower petals. Here is my saucer.

For maths this week we read a book called one is a snail ten is a crab. We then worked in groups to create our own version.My book is called one is a slug 10 is 2 cats and 2 slugs. Here is my book. I hope you like it.
